Do you accept custom orders? 

I do accept custom orders, visit the home page to see all the custom options.



Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Certainly! Just check the box next to "add a gift box" on any product page & you can even add a personalized note! 


How much do you charge for shipping? 

For all items in my shop the shipping fees are based on product weight & will be calculated according to your orders final weight at checkout.

Please contact me if you would like to have your order shipped by Express mail, with insurance, or outside of the continental USA. I will be glad to find out the exact shipment fee for you. 



How quickly will you ship my items? 

I will do my best to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order will typically ship within 2 weeks, but may be shipped faster or slower based on busy seasons such as holidays or my workload at the time. 

If you need an order by a certain date please contact me before ordering to ensure I can meet your deadline. 



What is your return policy? 

I am doing my best to represent each item as accurate as possible through good quality pictures and detailed to-the-point descriptions. I encourage you to ask any additional questions you may have before purchasing the item of your choice. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, I will gladly refund your money provided that the following conditions are met: 

  • the item is returned in its original condition and original packaging;
  • the item is postmarked within 7 calendar days from the original shipment date.
  • the item to be returned is not custom made, from a grab bag, or a sale.

  • Please notify me by E-mail before returning your item and pack it to minimize any damage during the shipment. Please also note that I will not be able to refund you for your shipping fees. 

    The refund will be made in the same form the payment for the item was made within one business day after receiving the returned item.
